    Those who have been following my years of tracking, then racing... MANY thanks for suggesting the Formula 2000 (Van Diemen chassis Formula Continental). The past two years have been truly spectacular! While last year (rookie) was runner up, this year i earned the Driver's Championship on both SCCA's NARRC and NYSRRC regions. The car is everything you guys said it would be a much more. Easy laps at 0:52 at LRP with heat cycled (old per se) tires, around the 2:00 mark at WGI... The car is soooo much less expensive than the Ferrari and VASTLY faster and easily to tweak/repair to boot.

    Sadly, it is time for me to retire. It has been fun, yet want to continue travelling the world and other things. If you check FerrariAds you'll see her and all the goodies. Have lived the dream and would do it again in a heartbeat.

    So thank you everyone for your excellent advice 2 years ago to get an FC/F2000. You guys rock!

    I remember the thread when you first inquired about the car and the actual purchase. Glad to see you enjoyed it thoroughly and capped it off with a championship!!!
