Tachometer not visible while driving during the day

Too funny bro. Almost peed myself.

 

I can't understand threads like this. There were a few threads before identical to this that convinced me to order my car with the led steering.

After I got my car it turns out I can see my yellow tach and needle perfectly at day or night and in fact I use it primarily for shifting whereas I find the led lights to be a video game type gimmick that I have started to ignore.

I don't understand this visibility complaint at all. Ok I admit I got a laser corrective eye procedure ten years ago but that still gives me just 20/20. And given that I am over 40 I should need reading glasses soon.

Perhaps they corrected this issue for 2014 models onwards?

 

I have 2012 spider with yellow tach. The only times imhave a problem is early morning and late afternoon. Otherwise i can see fine. Hardly ever drive early morning or late afternoon...the LEDs work fine otherwise.

 

Yellow tach lighted at all times. . .looks like they got around to fixing it. 2015 458 Speciale.

I had the unlighted yellow tach on my '13 458 Italia.

Depending on time of day, it was a bit hard to read, but as many have said, I rarely looked at it.
