Anyone know if these can be removed without removing the entire bumper? Perhaps by removing just the lower diffuser? Need to get mine powder coated gloss black.
You need to remove the entire bumper as you cannot access the fasteners at the top. Even if the bumper could stay on, you would still need to remove other components (i.e. diffuser and mufflers) in order to have a fighting chance.
