Was looking at some Poltrona Frau leather - assume the attached colours would be available for Ferrari: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It was in a furniture shop called Proof in ION shopping centre in Singapore. They seem to mostly stock Poltrona Frau and Paula Lenti for outdoor. None of the samples were Alcantara - just a different leather finish - almost like Suede. Beautiful leather though - very soft and 1.5mm - 1.7mm thick if I remember.
Can anyone speak to the long-term durability of heritage leather? I'm considering this for a 296, and am being asked to sign a disclaimer about the possibly lower wear resistance of this material compared to more normal interior materials. Sorry to post about 296 in this thread.
I have heritage mahogany leather and yes it’s more prone to scratching - you need to make sure you don’t have sharp things in pockets etc. Is it more delicate? Yes. Would I pick it again? Yes. It looks fabulous.
This 812 Competizione currently for sale at DK Engineering just about has my ideal interior spec. I cannot think about a single thing I would change, apart from deleting the fire extinguisher. Finished in Extra Campionario Connolly VM890 Smooth Grain Leather. Simply gorgeous.
