Having just completed my spec for the 812, a big thank you Ian for some incredible inspiration you provided with your tdf - simply the best one out there.
Barry, if you get a chance, would love to see some of the rendered images of your 812 spec posted in the 812 pictures thread.
It does not have a new name it and was never changed, Scraggy was misinformed. I shared the color name and PPG when you inquired about it in a Private Message over a week ago.
Ian, is this color available to other clients? If so, can you please PM the official name PPG# to me? Many thanks! Beautiful.
As I mentioned in the beginning of this thread the color is called Grigio Coburn, that is the official name. The PPG is 64077044. We did not restrict it, so its available for others to order. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ian noted back in post #1 that this is a three layer paint. The price would be more as the Grigio Coburn triple layer paint and Pure Metal Silver stripe colors are both custom choices...
Thanks Ian! I was thinking of getting a 488 Spider, but turns out I may be able to get a 488 "GTO" and that color may be perfect. I also love Blu Simond and thinking about that too; though I love a Bordeaux interior and your gray may be a better combo with Bordeaux.
That's best exterior config for a TdF IMHO. Perfection. Interior is a 9,5/10 for me because I would love to have some suede in it but it's a matter of personal choice- colour wise it's a 10/10. Well done and enjoy Ian!

Hello Ian, Thanks for introducing Grigio Coburn to Ferrari enthusiasts around the globe. I am very proud to own a 2022 812 GTS with Grigio Coburn paint, Rosso Mason semianiline leather, and $200K+ overall options package. You have mentioned that the Grigio Coburn paint on your F12tdf was a 3 stage version costing $37K-. ON my car it is a 2 stage version which cost $32,904-. Can this color be ordered in 2 or 3 layers based on owners preference ? Is this paint typically 2 layer and did Ferrari add a special 3rd layer in your case? Thanks yet again in advance.
