    Thought something exploded in my garage. It was that loud. Went outside, all my neighbors were out, too. Then I remembered....the space shuttle passed over. Pretty cool. Watched it land on TV a few minutes later.

    Anyone else hear it?

    I didn't hear it even though it went nearly right over me!

    A friend of mine called and told me that he went to his nieghbors house because he thought someone was breaking into his house(he was home alone). He laughed after i told him it was the shuttle.

    Yep, felt the shock wave (as the house shook a bit) looked up at the clock... and figured it out based on the 8:30 shuttle landing. (First thought- was that a truck just dumped a load of bricks next door at construction site)

    It was great just too bad there was zero coverage on the landing unless you had the NASA channel

    I looked on Fox and all they had was some sitcom, But I do live in bradentucky so I'm lucky i get anything, except Andy of Mayberry reruns.

    No, no...Fox NEWS...I think it's channel 37 for the Bright House peeps. They cut out Laura Ingram who was hosting the O'Reilly Factor to show it landing. Was pretty cool.
