So defense doesn't matter late in the game when you're up? I seem to recall a game last season where the Giants were kicking the Eagles' arses and they gave up an 80 something yard return by Westbrook at the end to lose it. 400 yards is 400 yards. And the Giants moved the ball with ease. Defense wins games. I admit that the Giants defense stinks. I'd be cautious of the Eagles D if I were a Philly fan.
The Eagles defense will be fine. It's the first game they've all played together. Yes defense does matter late in the game. But that game was soo far gone that the giants didn't have a chance. The Giants scored on a fluke run. Before that, they held Barber to 50 yards. The Giants moved the ball well on the Eagles, but they didn't score at will.
Fluke run? I guess if you want to call a good play a fluke run... that would make that Westbrook run last season a fluke run too, I guess. Barber had 95 yards of total offense BEFORE that run, and finished with 200. You're forgetting that Dayne is actually doing something this season, and he also had 45 yards. They don't need Barber to run for a million yards. Philly fans must remember that yes, the Eagles did win; yes, they did it with ease; and yes, they look good... but they did play the Giants, who stink but still ran all over their defense. I can't wait for next week. Also, I know Tara Reid is a skank, but she is attractive, no?
I don't think so. I think Brittany Murphy is better looking than Reid, and I don't really think Murphy is that great looking either.

She said she is from Wycof(sp) NJ and here family has always been Giants Fans. Also, she may have been invited by laurie(sp) the owner of the eagles. Because after she left her seats on the 50 she went up to his box, with her friends. Laurie is happily married however. Erik
Dayne won't do anything this year. He looks much better than previous years, but Tiki is still a much better runner than Dayne. I mean fluke run, because it didn't matter. Last years run by Westbrook won the game for the Eagles. The run by Barber this year did little for the Giants. Even though the Giants fans were chearing like they just won the game.
