hi new to this but a great site learned alot already, looking for an 1994 or 95 348 but dont know which style. i want the convt but is it practical? even using it just a few days a month is it a pain with the top or how about the targa compared with the convt like wind noise water leaks ect, also the targa is alot less money it seams than the convt from 5 to 10 grand live in the northeast so winters are long ,thanks for any help

no '95's except Spiders. '94's got GTB's and GTS's but not in the US. '94 SS are TS's in the US I thnk. Targa is great compromise. "B's" are better performers.

Winters? Northeast? Not enough sunny days for a Spider (convertible), IMHO. Have one since 10/06. Have learned to get the top up/down fairly quickly. Entails walking around the car a couple times though. Good hunting. This is an excellent resource to learn about the marque. Many, many helpful enthusiasts/afficianatos.

I have a targa on my 328, and if I'm alone I have to walk around the car a couple of times as well. No biggie.
