The regular car was said to be like a period 4 door 911. there was a uk company importing them and converting to fuel injection. Seems like the longer wheelbase of the limo would negate the benefits of the layout.
Very cool machines either way. The 90s had some really interesting cars.

depending on condition I would think 10-30K. the older tatra models have that 50s exterior design and a following, the later ones not so much.
I think thye made some ambulance ones also.
As others have implied there is no value, other than what youre prepared to pay and the seller is prepared to accept, or how badly do you want it.

 

I recognize that car, we saw it in the Lane Museum last year.

Tatras are interesting cars for sure, but I have no idea on its value!

 

Tatra once planed on making a V8 rear engined sportscar. I remember reading about it in the 90's
