Tax Advice Needed

I have always done my own taxes using Turbo Tax because I did not think collecting everything and turning it over to someone else would benefit me much. However, it appears that I am going to owe a little over $30,000 for last year in addition to the absurd amount that I already paid.

Do you pay someone to do your taxes and do they actually help you find additional deductions that you may not have found otherwise? Thanks.
