Anyone know this car or dealer? 2006 Ferrari F430 F1 Berlinetta Rare Blu Tour De France Color Factory Challenge Wheels with Titanium Lugs Also, local shop for a PPI? Asking for a friend who sold two cars and it thinking of replacing them with an F430. tks
I know a Ferrari Technician that is very good in Yorba Linda, Orange County which is about 15 minutes from Costa Mesa. He charges $300 including panel removing inspection to make sure there is no leak or anything because he said it is hard to tell what is really going on with the engine unless you move the panel. He does clutch, other things and brakes all included. I saw another F-Chat member knew a mechanic in Costa Mesa so it would be a better idea if the price is right and what he does. That place is in the same town. Let me try to look for it.
This was posted the other day from another F-Chat member. I do not know the person who posted this or the technician but was recommended. Ferrari Service of Costa Mesa 2148 Newport Blvd Ste B, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 Phone. 949.548.9541949.548.9541 Email. [email protected]
Is it normal to have visible sanding scratches in factory paint? Jeff Image Unavailable, Please Login
It is well known that paint from the factory can be in pretty rough shape. The first thing I did when I took delivery of my 458, is send it for paint correction and protection.
No, that is not a flaw in the paint...the paint is actually pretty spectacular and near flawless. The entire front of the car is covered in 3M clear bra (nearly $2,000). It is a flaw in the plastic. I certainly encourage and welcome any in person inspection. Feel free to bring your Jeweler's Loop for microscopic scrutiny
This. I have the same kind of defect in my xpel clearbra. But the factory paint can be rough at times.
