We love seeing special edition vehicles from our favorite manufacturers, so when Mercedes announced the 4x4² we knew we had to have one. Problem is they only RECENTLY became available for order in the US, so what did we do in the meantime? Sourced, customized and outfit three G63’s with our very own lift kit, extremely wide wheels and tires, and usually some selection of upgraded power components to add a little extra grunt. ;) This third iteration of our #TeamWB G63 features Velos Designwerks S6 2 Piece Wheels, Nitto 375 Trail Grappler M/T’s, a Brabus front lip, Renntech Downpipes and custom ECU tune. We already have our 4x4² on order, but I think this should tide us over for a bit!

I don't get it. It looks like the large wheels and tires actually reduce the travel of the wheel vs. stock, making this already peculiar beast nearly unusable?
