It's the same size as the S8. Get your facts right. I won't be buying one of the only big deal is the camera. It looks amazing, but I'd never use it.
They may be desperate already, offering a free wireless charger as a bonus http://www.samsung.com/au/s9-offer/ Samsung just don't have the back up, wifeys iphone6? failed, they quoted $200 for a new battery, board and labour, she was ok with that, in the end they could not fix it, gave her a change-over recon. phone, all done same afternoon at Chadstone, i dont think u can get that type of service from any other phone company. They entered her number on a computer and it showed our suburb, every iphone/ipad owned in our suburb had his.her address shown, not all that happy with this. I still hate them
It was this paragraph that had me thinking it was bigger, but I stand corrected. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Still can't see a reason to upgrade. No real interest in the camera, brilliant as it is. https://www.kotaku.com.au/2018/02/samsung-galaxy-s9-vs-s8-whats-new/
Weird.....such a insignificant difference https://www.phonearena.com/phones/compare/Samsung-Galaxy-S9,Samsung-Galaxy-S8/phones/10716,10311
I have gone back to the future, purchased a Motorola Moto C, you can remove the battery!, dual sims and memory card, Andr.7.0 out of the box, screen quality is a bit blahhhh, and light on ROM/RAM but anyway have a phone again without Chinese bloat, virus and spyware, lesson learnt.
Hahaha. Sucked in, social media fools! http://www.news.com.au/technology/online/social/facebook-may-be-keeping-tabs-on-your-phone-call-and-message-logs/news-story/de13b030ae279d2444818f8ce1593642 (Does this website count as social media)?!
HUAWEI, new benchmark in camera performance https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/huawei-p20-and-p20-pro-news/ Sadly no wireless charging or 3.5mm plug #1 in China, #2 in Italy, almost banned in USA, go figure..... I just traded my Motorola for a Huawei
I met some very high level business people in HK who wouldn't go near Huawei because they were convinced all data is automatically transferred to PRC ; I thought it was a joke at first, but they were dead serious. Who knows...
Huawei was originally established by a Chinese army general, to obtain telecoms equipment that they could use in military applications (telephone switches are digital computers). They continue to be an arm of the military, they employ massive scale IP theft, bribery and corruption, possibly the most evil company on the planet.
But Facebook spying on us is ok? they have now been caught red-handed I been and lived in both, when pushed i rather jump in bed with Team China, but that is just me, YMMV
So your typical Chinese company then? If you don't cut " TheParty" in on the deal, 80% them, 20% you, you will never get off the start line, it is the cost of doing business there.

Oh I agree - all technology companies are crooks and I'm sure the respective spooks of all countries have their connections with them. I've always taken the approach anything I create electronically is open to the world - I live a simple clean life so no problem
