It's been for sale for at least 6-7 months.... The market has dropped with the economic challenges, not only were 348 affected but 355's also.

If you look hard you can find a good deal. I just bought my 348 late fall of last year. It's a 95' spider for just a few grand more. I did have more miles (36K) but all services documented. I only mention this as the 348 market has adjusted for the times.

That one looks nice have a PPI done and enjoy!

Seems like a nice deal. If your interested just make sure you get a PPI done to prevent any surprises andrun a carfax on it. The price seems awesome.

Im interested, but having just purchased my first F-car (308GTSi) I dont know if I am ready to jump on another one so soon.

I realize the market is crap right now, but this car just seems to be way too low.
There are others with higher miles, and they are asking more money for them. Sort of makes me wonder if there are hidden issues.

The price is good, not great. The black is sweet! It would look great with a husker grill and a set of 355 wheels!

I agree but what people are asking verses what they are getting are two different things. Some people are way out there on what they are asking. Low numbers don't always mean problems, the dealer has been sitting on it for a while and may want or need the inventory converted to cash.

Looks nice, but I'd prefer a later model or one of special versions - Speciales, Challenges, Spiders

I'll be picky but you asked. The paint looks like he$$. The leather on the dash above the dash placard is all jacked up. I could go on, but look, if you like the car most anything can be fixed.

As VV said, you can probably find a later model within the same price range now. I thought that was the car that got sold from an Acura Dealer that I went to look at here for another Fchatter, but don't hold a gun to my head on that one. It was sold at auction and they were asking 39k up here in DC I think...

Anyway, if you like it, go and take a look if you are close enough, otherwise ask a local F-chatter to ride over, most of us would do it for a hamburger coupon or even less.

Hear you on the 308 purchase. I want another Fcar now too, but have to come up with some creative financing...never say die.

P.S. I just went back and looked at the dealer's site. Something smells VERY FISHY. He is also selling a 2005 Aston DB9 with 14k miles on it for $74k - I have been looking at a ton of AM's and that price is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY low. Trust your gut.

It's really hard to tell from the photos exactly what kind of condition that car is in. BUT if they are any indication, it needs some sorting.

The car sold at the auction for $32,000.00 Can they get any cheaper!!! Scary enough what did the dealer take the car in on trade for, before he unloaded it at the auction. One thing I learned from being in the car business you get what you pay for. Some 90TS still wholesale for over $40K, while others are in the high $20K range. My two cents. I would rather buy a Ferrari from a private owner that has owned the car for over 5 plus years, or a franchise dealer who cares about there name and reputation. These independent bottom feeder dealers who go to the auction and snag these cars dirt cheap and try to flip the car for a quick buck is the wrong way to go in my opinion. You get what you pay for. There are several F Chatters here that have there 348's for sale. Look their first, pay the extra couple bucks and get a well sorted 348.

The price is low, not sure why its posted so low, it should be posted for $38-42K.. The best person to ask is the seller, ask them why is the price so low, if you get an answer that is shaddy, then it could be a bad deal...i mean what are you affraid of, most important make sure its a "Ferrari engine" inside and also if the frame has any major structural damage. I think that is what I'll be concern, at that price
who cares if the paint is bad, dents, broken seats, dog pee in the car, etc... as long as it goes fast and loud that is all that matters...

Hey dude, as you recall I was a second too late for you here in the big city...:)

Wish I could confirm, but doesn't this one look like the same car?

There are a few guys here on Fchat selling 348's as mentioned, and they look to be in very very good condition. I would ping on them first. Husker, isn't yours on the block?

Also a nice one up North in the Frozen parts of our country by another chatter that looks silly nice too.
