    ....sorry, I am a newbie and I am sure this has been asnwered before - installing test pipes on a 348 (1990) with double muffler, is it necessary to take the rear bumper off or is there some "trick" to this install...

    I have searched the forum already with no instrucitons for the double muffler setup..

    You don't have to remove the bumper, all you are doing is replacing the catalytic converters with straight pipes. You can access the cats from the top and bottom of the car.
