    I put on some test pipes on my 95 BTB and went driving with 3 other cars this morning. Sound wise, the car absolutely drowns out three other 355s this morning. The CEL lights come on for both banks every time I laid into the gas, and then CELs will go off if I back off the throttle I seem to remember the same thing on other 2.7 355. Does anybody else have that?

    Mitch, I have a 95 with test pipes. It has a Capristo and is loud when the bypass is open but otherwise it's not loud at all. Never a CEL but I've only put 1000 miles on the car at best.

    My '95 has no CEL issue with test pipes.
    However, the P/O tied the bypass open so the CELs would light when I had a long no-load scenario - like coasting down a long hill. Untied bypass & CELs went away.

    would need more info how you have your car setup.

    but otherwise a 95 2.7 car should not trigger cels with test pipes.

    I have tubi test pipes, tubi headers, tubi mufflers, Bradan Y pipe - never had a CEL

    No CEL's on my '95 with capristo stage 2/3, hollowed out OEM cats, and Fabspeed headers.

    My bypass valve is OEM and unmodified.

    If you're getting CELs you need to modify the thermocouples

    I was the driving directly behind Mitchell for 50+ miles, he sounded awesome, but he probably couldn't hear my Capristo/Hyperflow combo.

    Curious how it sounds from the driver's seat...
