I'm interested in putting on a pair of test pipes. Has anyone put the test pipes on with the single can exhaust? Did it change the sound of the exhaust? Are you happy with the outcome?

I have a 95 spider and put the Hyperflow test pipes on with the stock mufler. It sounds really good, and is not annoying at speed. It has a nice grumble from 0-2000rpm and then smooths out as you go up the tac. I had already ordered the x-ost race muffler, otherwise I probably would have just left it alone. GO ahead and put the cat-deletes on first or the Hyperflow cats, I think you will be pretty happy. If not, you can add the Tubi/Cappy/X-ost anytime, Scott

I have test pipes with stock single can muffler. The sound is a little more rumbly at ow speed and slightly louder at higher rpm's, but not bad.

Not planning on putting on a Tubi for now. First, I would like to try it with the stock exhaust. I’m worried that it may be too loud with a Tubi.

IMO it is not loud at all. Go in small steps then. It maybe a better idea for you. I had my car out yesterday and was loving ever minute of it. It sounds so good.
