    Can anyone recommend a book on the rear engine 12 cylinder cars especially on the Testarossa? Thanks!

    These are the (English language) Testarossa books I know of off the top of my head. All out of print now as far as I know, but available through eBay or specialist booksellers (try www.abebooks.com).

    Supercars: Ferrari Testarossa by Mark Hughes - ISBN 0861013662. Published by Salamander in 1988

    Ferrari Testarossa by David Sparrow - ISBN 0854297340. Published by Haynes in 1990. (There is also a book in the same series on the 512 TR).

    Ferrari Testarossa by Paolo Murani - ISBN 8885880479. Published by Automobilia in 1992. There is also a hardcover edition also by Automobilia which looks as bit different but the content is very similar.

    There is another called something like Ferrari Testarossa Autofolio, which I can't find the details of at the moment. I would recommend it and the David Sparrow one although all four books are of some interest.

    If you want technical information, photos, drawings and the full development story from 1984 TR through to 1992 512TR then look for;
    GB Progetti #10 - Jan/Feb 1992 -
    This is a large size soft-back book of 160pp. Well worth getting hold of.
