    86 Testarossa -

Had problems with the two buttons on the driver side door - for the interior lights and the key reminder. Fixed both of those - but I have still have the problem that when i put my lights on the guages go up about an 1/8th of an inch. I also have a fast blinker for the left signal.

I checked that one ground on the back of the engine and the cables on the battery. Are there any other grounds to check or any suggestions? thanks guys.

There will be some of this even when everything is correct as-designed, but it shouldn't be more than about ~1 needle width. When you say "1/8th of an inch" -- that would be more like ~3 needle widths. Are you seeing that much movement?

I just had a fast blinker on the left side two nights ago. I started to check bulbs as the outside left bulb was not lighting up. Then I removed the entire turn light/fog light assembly. It was a loose connection going into the light assembly. So I just made sure everything was secure, no burned bulbs and buttoned it back up.

My first suspicion would be a bad bulb, then start jiggling wires behind the turn signal lights.

Myhorse..You dont have a key reminder buzzer? I thought that was the norm?

Nah youre right it is about a needle width.

Yeah when the door is open and the key is in it has a nice "horrible" consistent beep to let you know that key is in.

All lights are on but ill look into the wires a little further.
