    91 Testarossa......If the fans are not coming on, where is the first place to look? Fuse box or is there an acchilles heel? The idle speed also seems to be irregular (up & down).

    Yes...check the fuse panel, specifically the white connectors at the bottom of the fuse board, look for burned connections. Another possible source is the temp. sensor, this is located on the driver's side radiator, down at the bottom.

    Ditto, Also check fuses. If all looks Ok, try to jump the sensor wires on the lower left radiator. If fans still dont operate, youll need a wiring diagram to find out where power is being lost
