Now let me get this straight: They paid $52K for the go cart, it has 15 miles on it and they want $290K now. I wish I could get that appreciation on one of my Ferraris.;)

Why not just buy a used Lotus Elise for 35k?

    Pretty cool go-kart though.

    So,if I get this right:
for 49.000$ I can buy it right away....?
That means that I could have bought 2 Testarossa's like mine for that money....?? I've got my TR for 26.000€,yes I made a real bargain.
Or should I go straightforward and order 2 of them for my 2 sons....?
    I can't imagine somebody paying 52K for a go-kart...
    Un-be-lie-ve-ble!!!!!

I was in F.A.O. last week and saw this thing.......I would say full retail should be 5200, meaning it probably is a couple of thousand to build. On the bright side, the next time I make a stupid financial decision, I'll just think of this poor sap going in and dropping 52 GRAND!!! (plux taxes, tiltle, and ins., of course) on this POS, and I'm sure it'll make me feel better - truly unbelievable. Happy New Year everybody.
