I have a 91 TR I restored myself, as well as a few other exotics here. If you need help looking at one, I can help (I probably know the car). If you need someone to diagnose something I can probably do that too. PM me if you want, I am in DXB. Not sure I am the fellow vipermann is suggesting.

If you are looking at buying one, beware,I know of 2 stolen ones floating about, uh, for good prices...

Tom, there is good money in running a shop. There are not so good wages working in one. No places here really specialize in older exotics as there are few here. I can think of one or two other places that can do an odd job, like charge your a/c or change oil. Nobody I would really trust to not rip you off.

There is. But, if it's anything like the dealership in Kuwait, the prices are beyond outrageous. And, it's doubtful they would have the training, tools, or equipment to work on anything earlier than a 360.

No sir. I was referring to a gentlemen named "Sultan Al-Malkawai" (spelling incorrect).
During my trip to Dubai over 2 years ago, I visited him and he owned a White Testarossa.
He also owns a nice Rolls Royce which was in service when I visited him.

    Do you know him also?

No it's behind sun city in shuwaikh, it's fairly discreet no shop sign. Mostly word of mouth advertising. Great place

During my stays in UAE I have not seen one Ferrari older than the 360 Modena. Even aircooled 911s are an event as they are so rare (also never seen anything older than the 993, although what I saw where nice race look 993 widebodies!).

    Latest and greatest...

    Hi to all above
I know this is an old thread started by me but i like to add some updates.
I took my 928 GTS 1993 to CarTeck in Kuwait in Nov 2013.They are experts in 928.
Now after in 2018, do we have any work shop in Kuwait work on vintage Ferrari especially Testarossa's?
    Thanks to you guys.

I would check with the guys at the Vault... they store and facilitate transport, maintenance etc. for exotics and collectors cars in Kuwait. Ali is a stand up guy and I’m sure he’d be able to point you in the right direction at the very least. I think it will all depend on what work needs to be done. PM me and I can give you his contact details if you’re interested.
