The 365 series all had knock on rims,not bolt on's.
I guess that's what you meant by minor modifications

 

It looks like a Mondial QV toolset when I look at the tow eye, because the thickness of the screw is very specific.

 

Nope: this tow eye is without any doubt the Testarossa Tow eye.
The fact that the Tool Roll includes the USAG spark plug tool, and a pocket for it, marks this tool roll period correct for Testarossas after chassis number 75997 (for RHD cars) 75998 (US cars) 76004 (LHD cars) if my archives are well kept.
Before these chassis numbers, the tool roll used was simpler, without any Spark Plug Tool, nor any pocket for it. Its Ferrari reference when ordered new was 127736, and it was actually written on a label affixed on it.

You could use the tool roll advertised here for a 328, but you would need a 14mm combination wrench instead of the open-mouthed 14/15 that is here, and of course the specific spark plug tool for 3,2 engines which is 18mm inside the crown for 12mm spark plugs.
The original 3,2 tool roll has the Ferrari reference 127589 on its label.
