can anyone tell me if I can use later model Ferrari Wheels like 458, 488, 599 etc, in a 1991 Testarossa, even if I have to use spacers, I'm running 19" Forgiato wheels with big Brembo brakes and drilled rotors, wheels are dated and need chrome work and refinishing.

Sure you can. I’d not recommend it looks wise but it has been done

This thread would be a good reference/information for you (especially Terry's post #38):

I would not be too hopeful as it seems the later models (after about 430) went to a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern, rather than 5 x 108. Of course, a really thick bolt-on style spacer might be able to accommodate having different bolt patterns -- Hill Engineering (in the UK) would maybe be the best expert on doing something like this.

Steve- I asked Pau Hill about making an adapter for 5 x 108 mm to 5 x 114.3 mm and he said is was easy but he would not guarantee it because it left too little metal around the outside of the adapter.

You didn't offer him enough money ;). It makes perfect sense that using the same size 5x108 Type-2 blank and just moving threaded inserts outward to the 114.3 bolt circle would have that issue, but there's no technical reason why the size of the blank couldn't be increased. Of course, maybe he didn't/wouldn't want to mess with a custom order.
