    Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since I’ve been active here, life has kept me busy... but I finally had some time this weekend to address the slow window issue on my Testarossa.

I started by replacing the switches, which resolved the problem for the passenger-side window, but not for the driver’s side. I then disassembled the driver’s side mechanism, opened the motor, and found that the grease was not hardened as I’ve often read in other threads. I cleaned and re-greased everything, reassembled the unit, and now the window unfortunately won’t go up.

I followed the wiring diagram carefully, but I’m noticing that one of the steel cables is rubbing against the other, and I can clearly hear them making contact. Could anyone confirm if this is normal, or if I may have misaligned something during reassembly?

I’d also appreciate clarification on the correct positioning of the bottom tensioner.

Any advice, photos, or diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance,
