It's going to reach 42C here in a few hours (40.3C at the moment).

Yesterday it got to 41.5C, and the day before that it was 40.5C...

Apparently 3 consecutive days above 40C is considered a heatwave.

Had my 16yo son with me, great F&S bonding and to top it off we caught some nice atlantic salmon (escapees from the fish pens) averaging 3kgs. Also caught some bream which we just catch for sport then release. One of the salmon is being cooked now so better go. Will come back later to catch up on all the goss I've missed out the last few days.

It's after 7pm here and the temperature is still 42C....

We have a large swimming pool, and it was 33C! I've been here 6 years and it's never gotten that hot.

Mate, that depends on which side of the Tweed you live on.

I think it would have even been good to feel the TT in the rain, handle it in those conditions and test out it's grunt and accelleration more in the dry later. In any case, I'm sure the lads at Sherrin would have done a great job and put a bigger grin on Scud's face. We'll just have to wait for the report and pics now.

Btw, it ain' too bad cruisin in the "other car". I'll show you when the opportunity arises.

Pap, do you ever go out to lake Moondara? When I was up there we used to have some great times out there skiing and fishing. The fishing wasn't exactly thrilling but we did occassionally catch these perch which were delectable little morsels cooked up in a pan by the side of the lake.

Then the other guys we go out fishing with. I never ever seem to have any luck fishing when we go out! :( All my mates catch fat ass barra, silver perch and stinking ass catfish all the time! hehe! The annual barra fishing classic we had here last year,my mate won the $2000 prize money for catching the biggest barra! :)
