    Not really an accurate headline. He ran out of gas. Texting may have "contributed" but it's not like he was sitting there texting and not looking at what he was doing and crashed.

    There certainly are rules about sterile cockpits, which should apply in this case. Those apply not only to texting or phone calls, but even to conversation not related to the conduct of the flight.

    Boy, does she have that right.
