    Hi,
Please I would like to know how to make more strong the two closures of the roof in my 328 GTS.
    Many thanks.

Not sure on the 328 but the 308 uses shims or washers.

Each clamp is held on by 4 small bolts. If you remove them carefully with their shims and take photos it would be easier to diagnose the problem. The clamps have molded rubber pads that actually contact the steel part on the rear of the roof (at the rollbar). I had to redo mine by buying a piece of hard rubber, cutting it down, and fitting it to the clamp, then pop-riveting it to the clamp. New, complete clamps are available but are very expensive. You could also call up "Unobtanium Supply"- google him for the website- and he most likely can repair them if you don't want to, that is if they need repair. This assumes that the rubber seal for the targa roof is OK and doesn't need replacing itself. If it does, that's expensive too.

    Good luck-

    Cheers, Rich

the rubber of the clamp si ok.
I wish they shut with more force; when they are closed if I make pressure with the hand I feel some noise.
    Many thanks.

Well, either the clamps aren't adjusted correctly (with shims) or else maybe the rubber roof seals need replacing...? When clamped, it should all be very tight.

    Cheers,
    Rich
