For 2012, Italian motorcycles are invited.

I will post as more info as it comes

PM or Email me if need: [email protected]

Also, Peter C. was a tremendous help last year on the day of the show. I was recovering from my 2 back surgery and was limited on what I can do that day.

Hopefully he and Patrick will take part this year!

We purposely moved the date so not to conflict with Father's Day and the Pocono event...as in previous years.

I hope this helps out with you guys who want to come last year.

    Funny you should say that.
I am trying to figure out to how accomodate far away owners that want to participate.
Making it as easy and cheap as possible.

Last year an owner was going to ship his car to my house. Park with my Lambos. He and his wife were going to fly in and stay at my house for 2 nights. His car was going to be here for about 6 or 7 days.
Unfortunately I had to cancel it because I had back surgery 4 weeks prior to the event. Recovery was a biatch

We are also going to be working on specials deals with the Avon Old Farms Hotel as we did last year. Many stayed there. It is a nice place, close to the event, and safe!

How many Lambos were there last year and how many Countachs are expected?

As a first timer last year it was a day to remember!
Volunteering for the Make a Wish cruise where a child gets to go for a ride in an exotic was the best. Peter if your able to this year its a must do.

Has Patrick expressed an interest in helping Mike with the concorso? He would be a great addition.

Peter last year I either gave you Allen H.'s contact info , or him yours. He was from MA. and had a list of Lambo owners from up North. Last year he had some people interested in attending the concorso, but last minute details keep this from happening.

Have you kept in touch with him?

This year's show is coming together quicky, lots more happening within to make it a greater show than ever.
West Hartford Center has been known as the little Greenwich of Connecticut. It is a beautiful area, use to spent a lot of time there 25 and 35 years ago!

If successful, this wil be its permanant home as it is a great location.
    I urge all to attend.

    The website is www.ferrariandfriends.com
It will be updated more with photos and the new registrastion form as I get them.

I am always excited to work with a bunch of amazing and enthusiastic people! Everyone from the committee to the volunteers to the spectators, to the participants!

This past weekend, the committee met in West Hartford Center one morning. As you can see it the picture above, it is a very quaint area. The cars will be lined up about a 4 or 5 feet from the curb as to leave a 12 ft emergency lane throught the center. It is a wide road and the cars will be spaced 1 and a half spot each. There won't be over crowding.
The tree lined street is beautiful and full of shops and earteries with all different prices and variety...from burgers to Afghan shish kabob.

There will the 40 cars giving 40 kids a ride from the medical center to the show. An incredible site.

The cars will be parked as they show up, no planned sections. I think this is a very good idea when the chairman and I spoke. I really think this is a cool idea of keeping everyone in surprised as they walk through.

Italian Motorcycles: Though not officially invited, they are welcomed. And I have an area for them. I think as a group, the committee wants to see how it goes this first year at this location to determine them for next year.

And a quick nod to the committee...a great group of people who are on the same page and work very professional and friendly.

Our committee had a meeting this week to touch base on a variety of subjects.

This Concorso is coming along great. We have a strong number of cars committed. We also have lots of activities for the kids.

The admission is FREE. Some may have to pay the parking meters but some lots, like town hall, are free.
The merchants on LaSalle Rd will be open and are very excited to have us.

There will be a wide variety of Lamborghinis and Ferraris, Alfas, Fiats, and Maseratis.
I hear there will be a quite a few Ducatis!

I would offer my spare room to someone in my house, but I doubt anyone would want to stay in Bristol. Lol.

Astonishing!!!!!!!! I can not begin to tell you how fantastic this show was.

    120-150 cars

    Approx 10,000 spectators thoughout!

    Pictures to follow.

The strange part was that I was at the Pocono event yesterday and our show today.......this show was amazingly bigger in every respect.

Today was nothing short of spectacular!
My eyes were popping out of their sockets every direction I looked.
Saw my first Bugatti Veyron, Aventador, and a local Diablo I wasn't aware of, to name only a few.
