Actually, you are both correct. According to the article about this car in issue 9 of Flat 12, this Boxer is known as the sixth 365 GT4/BB chassis assembled, but the second production car.

Sold to Crepaldi in 1973, the Ferrari dealer in Milan. Reference was made to Hilary Raab's "Ferrari Serial Numbers - Part 1" book. * A question was raised in the article as this SN did not match previously reported SN's in Cavallino, but that does not neccesarily make it wrong. Flat 12 is the now defunct publication by Cavallino specifically about the Ferrari flat 12.
