That's encouraging! I have never seen a Ferrari with high mileage. Everytime I'm in my mechanic's place, I check odomoter readings and seems to be in the 20,000 to 40,000 range. Don't these people drive? I just recently traded in my 930 with 205,000 kms (runs same as new) for a 1992 348 Speciale with 32,000 kms. Everthing I always heard about Ferrari's was that the engines don't last long and after 15,000 kms, you're in for a big maintenance bill. Besides normal wearing items such as brakes, fluids, and belts, what other items should be checked or maintained regularly to ensure I can reach that 200,000 km mark without selling my house? Thanks,

Hey, this is the original 348 Registry thread... Darron's STICKY thread came after! Besides, get back to fxing your 355!!
Roberto (how italian) mama mia 94 348 spider prod march #96986 rosso corsa/tan f 40 seats,x-ost,360 wheels just bought it and I'm Ferrarin to go!!!!! Just feel damm lucky to be in a position to own a Ferrari. Not many pepole have the oportunity to see one let alone own one, we should all feel kucky. p.s dont forget about the club348.com for all you new 348 bretherns
Nothing really. Just look after it, alway always make sure the oil is warm (about 5-10 mins) before taking over 3000 revs, and if you are really really keen, change the oil every 3k miles instead of every 6k, but this is being picky. The engines are pretty robust but unfortunately there are not enough "driven" examples to give a true comparison against the veritable Porche aircooled lump ... let's face it, you could sink ice bergs with those :scratch chin: ... now, a red 348 and a black 930 in the garage would be very very cool indeed.
Why has nobody posted anything since 2007 ? This is a wonderfull Register and must be a live and kicking So let does Serials come !!! A new one : ZFFKA35B000083922 01/1990 61.701 KM TB Blue/Tan EU Belgium LHD
wasn't robbie supposed to get the registry software to angelis or ND or whoever owns the348.com so we too could have our registry? What happened to that? If it is a technical thing, I'd be happy to try and help, I have some background in computers....
Hagen 92 348 ts serie speciale #14 93732 nero, black/tan Mar 2002 Was originally intending it to be the stepping stone into Ferrari ownership, but now thinking keeping it would be brilliant (and more fiscally responsible ;_). The sound is exquisite (tubi sport) and taking the top off gives me a fantastic drive.
OK I have registered the domain name (Ferrari348registry.com) for the registry and I'm working with the author to get the code set up. Hopefully the next update will be that it is up and running!
