Yes, I still hang out on the Corvette Forum even though I just sold my Z06, I think with all the Vettes I have owned in the last 10 years I should get a life time achievement award on that forum. Plus, I am still looking for an 07-09 C6 Convertible for my wife as it is her favorite car in the world...BAR NONE! Mind you, she had a pretty big smile oh her face when I was teaching her to drive the F430! She was so nervous though she almost barfed!!! Thanks for all the comments guys. Does any of the Calgary guys go to "Coffee and Cars" at Calgary Aston Martin/Bentley on Saturday mornings?
/\ Congrats on the new car, many happy miles! Today I saw the hottest car I've ever seen in Calgary - WHITE DIABLO 6.0!!! Not only was it white, which looked phenominal, but it didn't have a rear bumper and that makes the diablos look 100x more aggressive. Words cannot describe... Also saw his pearl white 575 Novitec, a red 360 Modena, 997 turbo cab (2 cars, same colour, same intersection), 997 turbo coupe and 2 Bentley GTs...
It is phenomenal looking on the road. I think he bought it thru Kulu..... was able to take a pic...... LOVE the licence plate Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for posting a pic. It was bought through Kulu a while ago and he's since modded/painted it. Any thoughts of taking the bumper off yours?
No I'm going the more Euro direction in modification. But without the bumper it does look more racy. Like a GTR look. It sounded phenomenal in traffic. Love that plate... so devilishly Diablo. What color is it now?
Can you share details of your mod plans? The 6.0 started out as a titanium car with an Affolter rear wing... He's since had it painted and removed the wing and rear bumper.
Thanks John, I did buy it through Kulu last year, and since then had it vinyl wrapped, not painted. Will go do a photo shoot soon, but here's a teaser. http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikeboldt/4099307124/sizes/o/
My dad emailed me about an article in the Herald, anyone know anything about this place? http://www.focusauto.com Boxer and Testa Spyder: http://www.focusauto.com/cool_stuff.html Chris
Can you post or email me the article? The owner of that shop is a big car nut and is able to restore pretty much anything you've got. Why do you ask?

My dad said I should check it out when I'm in Calgary next time. (photo from Calgary Herald article, not my pic) Chris Image Unavailable, Please Login
Can anybody ID the car that is that 2nd column from the left, second row down? Beneath the Mustang and on the passenger side of the red GT40? Edit: Appears to be a Mangusta on second look. Awesome! That's quite a collection, isn't it? Thanks for the article.
So who was driving the Rossa Corsa 599 tonight at around 630 PM here in cowtown ? You bought gas at the Husky station on Macleod Trail and 42 Avenue SW........I was the guy exchanging his propane BBQ tank and driving the blue SMART car. If you're an F-Chatter say hi.
