Salar, I didn't go on the trip. I've been laying low this year as I've had much business to tend to. I hope to loosen up a bit by next year, as I miss the adventures.
It was your email conveying your wife's sentiments that appealed to the part of my brain that disregards common sense. Of course I am looking forward to the fall trip. The Bishop and I spoke about it at length today and are both excited. We also did a few "acceleration tests" with our vehicles out in the country today. I am happy to report that the Murcie with cats deleted and Larini exhaust is a hair quicker than stock. We tested from a roll at 50kmh, 100kmh, and 150kmh - same results each time. Sound-wise, at low revs, the Larini sounds like a bear snoring. It really wakes up at 4k and by midrange to redline, it becomes a chainsaw cutting through metal. And it's LOUD! You and Sheldon really have a sweet vantage point for spotting, at your current residence. Tell me this... how many SLRs besides PG's silver one are in Calgary right now? Have you seen any others?
Yeah, we have a stellar view and see something cool everyday. You should stop by when you have some free time and check the place out. I'm not sure if there is another one(s) other than the silver one you speak of. Nothing really surprises me anymore in Calgary, so who knows eh? The SLR was spotted on another forum down in Deerfoot Meadows not too long ago, and the owner popped the hood and doors for everyone to drool over. All the best

Thanks for the info. Heh.. I nearly filled up my memory card (512 MB, so not too big) at the Rocky Mountain Adventure meet at Centini this year and I realized I had my camera on overexposure to compensate for the poor lighting at another event I did a couple days before... Deleted most of them and I had to retake ~300 pics. Nice picture. I'd love to go to a Gumball city when they're going through...
Yellow Lamborghini Diablo at Top Brass on 32nd Ave NE today at around 5:00. Also saw a Silver Diablo at Papa John's Pizza in the NE Rona parking lot on about Tuesday of last week.
