The Alberta Thread!

You really are making some nice spots recently and I gotta give props on the pictures you provide. Very nice.

I haven't mentioned this yet but I graduated high school in June 2006 and have since actually moved to and am staying in the city of Calgary. The city is great; the least I see each day is something along the lines of a 996TT which is far better than anything I would see in Olds on a regular basis.

For instance, I was on the c-train the other day and I passed by "Rennsport Calgary", very nice KDS. I had never actually been quite sure of where you were located until now.

The city is great and I'm looking forward to next spring when I can start to keep a real eye out on the fresh driving season for whatever is going on!

Non-ferrari related.... (Allegedly) a thief stole a volvo SUV and was fleeing from K9, patrol units, and HAWC2. Smashed into 2 parked cars and fled. Was caught at the end of the street and stuffed into an unmarked.... Gotta love this area of town.... Sheldon took some better pictures of the pure carnage.

Nice black 360 out at the wensday meet tonight. Great night, hopfully this weather holds out for a while longer. I love it!!

Yeah, way too many ricer idiots on there. I know that a few, 3, or 4 Ferrari owners on there post.

 

Yeah... lots good guys being diluted by far more idiots. Too bad...

 

It was at the A&W, not really the meet I guess. Just parked in the area..lots of nice muscle cars out at the A&W last night though.

 

F40 on 17th Ave. No carbon wing.

I tried to get pics, but my camera was on 10-sec auto timer. So the F40 slid right through my viewfinder...

 

A 700km car came here earlier in the spring... anyone know if this is it? I thought it would live in a garage... good to see it out and about!

 

Are you serious? ZR's has the carbon wing, and Speedline rims. This one most definitaly did not have the wing on, and i'm certain the rims were stock.

The car was absolutely perfect.

edit: The only way we will know is if/when 2nastie posts if he had the car down there last night.

 

There is another F40 in town other than 2nastie's. Just came in this year.

 

Now, we will waiting for someone to bring in a F50 and a Mclaren F1.
