Is killing me! I finally found the right 06 Quattroporte Sport GT... On it's way from the west coast to central IL... I'm hoping that the car is a nice change of pace from the M5 (would love to hear the input of any owners who have had both). I've never seen the car in person, so next week can't get here soon enough!
I dont have either but congrats on the new toy. I like the Maser better primarily because it looks and sounds more exotic.
Please keep us informed as to how you find the car compared to the M5, especially the shifting of the F1 gearbox. I'm interested in getting one, but it would be my wife's driver and around town car so I'm worried about harshness of ride and shifting. Thanks and congratulations.
I will definitely post my opinions as soon as I go for a drive... The shifting is the only thing I'm worried about. I started looking for a 2005, but was scared off by the trans issues, hopefully I'll avoid the hassles by going to a 2006... I'm very curious as to how the car rides compared to the M5... Car was picked up today and started it's 4 day journey here!
