It always does over there, but at least this time it's not influencing the result. Last time (when I was there) the dodgy umpiring and referral system cost us at least one, maybe two Tests. I'm looking at you, Stuart Broad, you cheating bastard. We should now have this one in the bag, and it'll be 1-1 with three to play...
We should have got them out for a lot less ..... and if Buttler hadn't have walked he would have been caught out for being a cheat ...... unless those crooked umpires saved his bacon as well
True. I was impressed with Buttler walking. Credit to him. We're 0/362 with two days to play. Should be impossible to lose from there. The only question is, how long will we need to bowl them out again? I'd suggest batting until half an hour or an hour after lunch, setting around 500. Then we can set aggressive, wicket taking fields without stress. Should be all done by lunch on day 5. And that would suit me fine as I have to get up early on Tuesday to fly to somewhere called Queensland (sounds a bit gay) to escape the Adelaide winter. Apparently it never snows up there.
True. CA is and always has been the most ridiculously regional-centric sporting organisation in the country. They make the AFL look balanced. Hookesy was right. The two in now are from WA aren't they?
Why are we playing at so many balls that should be left alone? Can someone explain that this is a Test match? ie. Unless the ball is crashing into all three stumps, let it go FFS.
Great comeback by The Aussies. If we can keep the lead under, say, 120 we are in with a chance. The problem is the ball is still swinging around all over the place so batting will be just as difficult in the 2nd dig as it was in the 1st. Some sun and warmth would change everything.
How does this fit with fines in OZ for DIC. Australian all-rounder James Faulkner banned from driving in UK - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
No wonder I bloody drink! I'm driving home after an hour and a half of (unpaid) overtime, thinking: "No worries. I'll still be able to see most of the cricket" Before I arrived home, we were six down. Why the **** do we keep playing at balls that are not going anywhere near the stumps? I seriously think that me and moretti would have done better.
