Well, what can you say? An unbelievable effort by Stokes. Incredible. More proof that Test cricket is, simply, the greatest sport ever. We should have won several times over. Paine should never have taken Lyon off. That was a massive mistake and momentum turned as soon as he did that. And then of course the missed run out. But, worst of all, the appalling wasted review which meant that when Leach was plumb LBW off Lyon the next over and the coward umpire didn’t give it we had no review left! Incredible! Oh well. The series is still alive....
Absolutely. Smith in for Khawaja is the right move. And maybe Starc for Pattinson. I warmed up for tonight by watching an episode of Forged in Fire last night. Very interesting series.

Agreed but the results stand,which is more important. Smithy has produced an amazing record since 'sandpapergate'...to the extent that he has now started to congratulate the bowlers on a good ball. 3 times (at least) in this innings. The most hilarious bit,as you've probably just witnessed,is the application of 'The new Rubber' Bloody Bumble,David Lloyd was deadpan in his commentary and then the female commentator,Isa Guha was chiming in with who had the most.....just gold.
