The ICC punished those three with a two-week ban, but the virtue-signalling poofs in the ACB had to go the extra, didn't they, because they had to show how pure they were - bullshjt. The ACB lost their jobs and rightly so. Just about every other nation's cricket team has been involved in worse scandals and none received anywhere near as severe a punishment. Smith failed,Labushagne failed,Matt Short is a proper short game specialist...failed J F-M I don't rate at all and wonder why he's not playing Curling instead!,,Carey slashed one to many and it was left to a couple or three bowlers to hold the fort for too long.
I agree mostly Simon but don't tell me a team with no Head, khawaja, Lyon, Inglis BUT includes Labushagne (who is useless) is our best team ? I don't think so I must say, the SL team fielded well and their captain played well
Head yep BUT he had a terriffic test season and is on well earned rest. I don't rate Khawaja as a limited over when there are Maxwells,Browns and others sitting on their arses back here. Lyno yep....it's a spinners pitch. Inglis yep,that's a bit odd. Some of the SL's obviously bowled ok but it was the captains knock and well earned kudo's to him. I hope they beat us in the second as well.
