    It's been around for a while.

    It's possible the plates are fake. Lots of burnout cars use fake plates to "name" the car.

    Hi Rob,

    I look forward to seeing them. I first saw your car on the 7th May 1990 at Silverstone race circuit. An english gent named Peter English owned the car and had recently aquired it from the Guinness family, in fact Peter was the third owner and he had swapped it for his 1971 Daytona!

    I was looking at some old photos of the car the other day and did a bit of internet searching to see what had become of the car. I discovered it had been last MOT'd in September 2006 with around 40k miles on the clock but Exported shortly after. There was no information as to where it was exported to until i found your post by chance using a google search of the chassis number.

    If you are interested I can upload some old pictures and can tell you a bit about the UK history of the car?

    I am posting for a friend who has the following VICTORIAN 4 Digit Heritage Registration Number Rights for sale.

    1898 ( anyone know the relevance of this number to Ferrari lore?)

    All of the above Vic. Heritage Registration numbers have "contract rights" (for the exclusive and permanent use of a particular registration number) which are no longer granted by Vic Roads.

    All Registration Number rights issued by Vic Roads are subject to statutory rights which are inferior to the rights conferred by contract issued by Vic Roads prior to the year 2000.

    These numbers represent a small minority of the remaining "Contract" plates issued prior to 2000 as most buyers forego their contract rights by electing to take up Vic Roads "generous" offer to waive the "transfer fee" in consideration of the buyer giving up his/her contract rights.

    Also available Custom Plates with "contract"rights:
