My college days involved mostly Wild Turkey 101, and something that wasn't beer. Cheers!!? That's awesome. The 6 pack of 16oz's was a little over $5.
I didn't realize you drank your beer with a pinky out, Tom. You must eat your BBQ with real silverware too.
LOL. For Q, I'm all in, caveman style! Although the wife will shoot me the look of death if she thinks I'm about to use my sleeve as a napkin! There's an idea, brisket asks a six pack of PBR! T
Love that label and name. I stopped by one of my favorite watering holes last night and they had something pretty special on tap. Nikasi Brewing Megalodom double IPA. Amazingly tasty brew and I was pretty impressed it was on tap. Don't think I've ever seen a Ninkasi R&D beer on tap before. Had my cameraless work phone with me so no pics. But I might have to stop again tonight and see if there is any left. I don't imagine it will last more than a couple days.
Have you tried any of the Shannon beers? The offer some pretty good brews, and the brewery is located in Keller.
I have not, but I will be on the look out for it! From this URL, it seems to be quite widely available across the Metroplex. Find Our Beer | Shannon Brewing Company The Shannon Chocolate Stout sounds great. Thank you! T
I think Shannon only distributes 4 or 5 different brews, but they usually have many more available at the brewery/tap house. I like their Double IPA, but you can only get it on tap at the brewery or occasionally on tap at Central Market if you bring in a growler to be filled. They have special events several times a year and serve 10-15 different brews.
Finally got one! They don't have these in Canada so my friend from Memphis brought me one to Charlotte and I'm sitting here in Canada now deciding if I should open it or not. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
