The same thread about the 355 is a very good idea. Maybe you'll give me some idea to modify my car ! Don't say ' the best way is to switche my 348 for a 355 !'
Not sure if "best" but these are my big one's: SS seats (less weight, better look, lower seat cushions) Challenge Wheels (less weight, faster steering) Steering wheel extender (easier to get in and out for tall guys like me) X-OST exhaust (sound and breathing) Hyperflow cats (breathing) Hill Engineering spacers Kai
Minor mods: Momo Champion Steering wheel Hill Engineering gauge rings SS shift knob De-stickied interior Carbon door sills and SS 348 logo Kai
The best modification for the 348 is do nothing but required service and in my opinion that is still too much. I've only taken this attitude after having my car with lots of modifications for sale and getting nothing but crap from bottom feeders. Apparently these cars are worth nothing and adding anything to them is throwing money away. How I wish I would have known that before I bought it....oh well. Just my sarcastic two cents. Cheers!
I think the best modification is changing the wheels to something that suits your tastes. And you can switch it back to stock easily.
Totally agree...the 355 wheels look better on the 348 then they do on the 355 (okay, I am running for cover now )
355 wheels and tires yes! Don't forget the spacers at least for the rears. Next, replace the dual can exhaust system with a single can aftermarket product, like goth's (from headers to tips). Get rid of extra weight - stereo, alarm, replace stock seats, etc. Maybe you can't get much HP gains, but you sure as he77 can make the car faster!

I had the exact same problem when I lived in Arkansas. Never got around to adding this kind of mod, though. Nice work!
