Moto Gp is on SpeedTV now.
If this race is anything like the previous ones this year, it should be quite a show.
So, anyone else here watch bikes?

Watching it also it would be sweet to see F1 there Laguna beats so many of the newer tracks since it has elevation changes.

Absolutely! MotoGP has to be the racing success story of the year.

F-1 could take a page from MotoGP. American riders at a premiere American
    circuit make a great event.

Looks like packed grandstands and infield playing (no doubt) to a huge
viewing audience. Even if you dont follow bikes, this event is something
    to see.

The best race of the day has to be the stage 9 today in the mountains for the Tour de France! Rasmussen was by himself coming across the finish line the next two were something like 3:07 behind him and next group with quite a few riders was like 6:04 behind. Lance lost his yellow jersey today and is now in third place. Rest day tomorrow then more in the Alps.

Way to go Nicky first MotoGP win in front of the home crowd. To bad they did not have the podium party. I was looking forward to Colin and Valentino to give him a huge bath in champagne.

I don't know what more suprising, a flag to flag win for Nicky, or that Valentino did not Banzi his way to a win.
Good to see that I not the only bike enthisiast here!

I'm not a particular bike fan but have been watching the MotoGPs and they are exciting and fun.

Watching each of the venues lately, they play to packed grandstands and huge crowds so they're obviously doing something right.

The fact that there are Americans in the mix makes it interesting as well.

I am still undecided about the current formula in MotoGP I still liked the 2 stroke 500cc machines as they were a handful to ride. From what i have heard it is rumored that MotoGP will be downsizing the engine from 1000cc to 800cc.

You almost have to wonder if Max Mosely has his hands in the FIM.
