The Big Bang Theory

I'm a fan of it, this has to be the most underrated comedy series currently on.

 

I love it...have all the episodes and watch it regularly.

Thing I have found out though, people who aren't exactly with the times just don't get it (my mom, for example, doesn't know what wikipedia is, hence she doesn't get some of the jokes).

Season 3 has been a tad disappointing although last episode was pretty good (I wonder how the cow girls smell....).

Rajesh (or Radge as Sheldons mom from down south calls him lol) has developed in one of the funniest imo (pushy whipped).

I love Big Bang Theory! I used to play tennis with Kaley Cuoco when we were younger, so I'm a fan of all her work. I loved 8 Simple Rules also.

It really is an underrated show and not that many people know about it. Hopefully it'll have a long life, because it's absolutely hilarious.

 

We both belonged to the same country club that had kids clinics for 10-30 kids. The ages were between maybe 8 and 16. A small group of kids were put on each court with an instructor. I am a few years older than her and had been playing for a while, so we were rarely put on the same court. Mike and Bob Bryan were always at the clinics too, as their father, Wayne, ran the clinic.

While I don't watch it regularly and have only seen a handful of episodes. I think it is a great show. Just like most shows, I don't fully get into them until they are canceled and show up in re-runs.

 

yeah same here (if the police are watching, Don't be silly I don't really, I'm just trying to be cool!). They're normally up on tuesday morning and by noon there's normally over 20K seeds! Did the same with entourage.

 

Johnny Galecki is showing himself to be a pretty good actor. Playing two very opposite characters in two hit sit-coms.

Pretty funny that three former cast members (including Leonard-Johnny) from Roseanne have appeared in the series.

 

Love the show, sitting here waiting for it to come on. Absolutely hilarious!

LOL. I'd expect it to be around for a while.

I just can't get into sitcoms because of their timing. Probably 98% of the tv I watch is between History Channel (and similar), CNBC, and Food Network. Of course I could DVR, but I typically use most of that HD space for documentary stuff.

 

Great show....., I love all of the charicters.

 

Here in Germany, the first episodes are just beeing aired. Unfortunatley, the translation is often pretty bad and you lose a lot of the jokes.

Anyway, I am studying physics, and this sitcom is an exact depiction of a typical theroetical physicist. :-D

It's nothing special IMO. I might watch it if there's nothing else on but I think it's pretty boring to be honest. I personally prefer older sitcoms like Cheers and Married...With Children. The only sitcom that I really like these days is Curb Your Enthusiasm. That is comedy at its best.
