Good in theory - not the best in practice. I'm on another board that has the Rep system and I think it leads to cliques and disharmony. You can give points to people or you can really bash the ones you want to get rid of. It can create a mob mentality. Wayne is right, use the (i) if you see a post that needs attention.

Seems to me that the only problem around here is that some people actually enjoy bickering. It makes them happy when there's a peeing match going on, so they can join in the fun. Doesn't make much difference, actually.... As this site ages, most well known players are no longer unknown at all. Despite anonymous LogIns, Rob Lay knows who I am, I know who Matt is.... MMan was pretty active in motorsports in Texas and now nationally.....the only REAL decision anyone has to make is to be a real person and behave with accountability, or be a troll and try to hide behind some bogus LogIn. Funny thing is, when all this crap comes up, it is always the same few users regardless of who is right or wrong.
That is much more than I know and I'm sure that is how it works. I've never even looked at the field in the Db, I just know I can't see it from the Admin CP.
