    Has anybody done this or checked this run out. From April 22 thru 29 there is a run from south Padre Island to Ensenada, Baja, California. It is 2500 miles long (assuming you don't get lost) and in this 2500 miles you get to run 690 miles against the clock, ie. no constabulary to slow you down. This gig is put on by the same folks who put on La Carrera Panamericana. Additional info can be found at www.borderchallenge.com.
