    I'm finally back at the ranch after so many "fast " miles.
    The 365 GTC was just a dream car and after that trip , I flew to Vegas to pick up the Lambo and drove back to Palm Springs the back way across the desert.
    I will just say that that car ia AWSOME !!! all went well, the performance where was above my expectations..
    To tired to give more details but I bet that you'll love these pics.
    BTW, this was without any consequences for me or his owner who loved every bit of the situation...

    wow....... my brown 308 was " invisable ", the red one has the stigma that goes with all red cars and the local police have not been very understanding..... i need a black one next.... i bet the drive was a blast!!!

    A few other pics from that great trip. We went down to the MEX border !!!
    Distance were smaller at that speed..The cops were very cool and nice, almost a pleasure to be stopped.
    That last shot is from Dan the owner who had a ball to watch me "handle" the cops..A funny guy for sure !! I'll see him again in Vegas were will go do the Death Valley and in June in Calgary...Some fun in the near future

    You were speeding, right? They didn't send three cars out to have a conversation-- yet that's what occurred AND they didn't give you a ticket?
    So, what's the real story?

    They're cops, pseudo father figures, enforcers of the SuperEgo (when the light turns yellow, Son, you slow down). They must have give you a lecture about something.

    I see you snagged 3 squad cars there. That ties my record. Then again, each American police car is worth 1.25 to every Canadian.

    So what if he had four cop cars chasing him; A bunch of donut eaters with coffee in their systems and nothing better to do than go for a drive, "chasing" something they'll never be able to afford themselves-- abandoning their law enforcement presence throughout an entire part of a California county in the process. I wonder how many people were affected by Roland Linder and his buddy's abuse of the speed limits and what cell phone call from a victim got FOUR--count em FOUR-- cop cars in one th chase! Oh my, I can't wait for the details!
