Not really ! I figured that one out too. It was either a KX-155 or a AARP-75Q or a RLPn-9987123 or a R U SURE A ZZ TOP or. ......I spotted it right away.

Izzn't that the SUB, in the movie where Frisco gets nuked, and the sky turns red, and they save the world, by getting to New York via the polar ice cap tunnel they make with the experimental Laser on board, for measuring the distance to the moon, but the sky is red and they don't get to use it for measuring and there's this pretty scientist girl there who wonders if it just might work, when the first officer suggest's it be taken up to the conning tower, but he actually means the scientist not the laser, and she don't get to see how conning his tower is, but she does get to pull on the missle's trigger, and melts the white ice in the tunnel they make bigger so the fat sub can slide through, get to NY and go back in time to save the world? Oh wait.... izzn't that one an aircraft carrier with lots of jets and they go thru a big cloud, and............................ .Unohoo!

Well.. since Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia aren't known for their aircraft.. The only ones left are Finland and east of them is Russia. Both of these have some interesting aircraft. However on second look, it seems to be, not an aircraft, but a mockup. Notice the lack of buttons / switches, etc on the left side wall. Aww Rats! I don't know...

I'm too old for this stuff. Steam gauges, four thrust levers, great big pitch trim wheels, tight cockpit, and a windshield that looks kinda like Douglas DC-6,7. Nothin I ever flew. Switches
STEAM GAUGES... Hey, Bob, Izzat some kind of new technology? Perhaps, a walk in the direction of oil independance? I heard somethin about this Greek guy, (I think), doing some innovative work with steam.... Here, is his first new propeller idea.... http://www.search.com/reference/Hero_of_Alexandria But, I don't beleive he was using any gauges though... maybe that's why it didn't get any anywhere. Oh yeah, his buddy Archimedes, had alot to do with those four levers....
Airline pilots ( and non-airline pilots like me) lately have been introduced to " glass cockpits" and digital displays that are replacing the old analog stuff that I never could read very well anyway. The archaic round instruments, like the locomotives on which they originated, are being put out to pasture. Pilots with whom I have chatted refer to the analog panels as a "steam guage panel", the new LED's and "glass panels" are called" MAGIC" now. I guess you all know that but I just had to say it. Only pilots can come up with really good names like that.
I spotted a former student of mine in the cockpit of of a B-737-800 busy inputting data for the upcoming flight. I called his name to get his attention and asked him how he was doing. Without missing a stoke, he said: My flying ain't worth a damn, but I can type a hundred words a minute!
