    Got my car yesterday.
It is truly a spectacular, unique, very special car.
I got the launch spec, with maximum yellow highlights on the inside.
The presence of this car with that shade of sliver, and the yellow highlight stripe, is incredible.
    The paint quality is spectacular.
Sitting next to my Grigio Titanio 812 GTS, (and silver Lusso), this car has so much more presence.
You can see from the photos how well this color highlights the many special features and creases that this car has - and looks different in different lights (but always good).
The car of course feels very familiar inside, except for the digital rear view mirror (which works better than I had feared).
The immediate difference is the sound.
While the GTS, in my opinion, has a less of the traditional V12 high pitched wail sound, say compered to the non GPF 812 I had before it, this car has regained at least all the GTS lost, and is probably better even than the non GPF 812, especially above 4000 rpm. It just screams, and does so with a traditional, beautiful Ferrari V12 wail all the way to redline. Amazing experience.
The car of course is not broken in, so I have been fairly gentle with it, but I cannot feel a meaningful difference in power/speed compared to my GTS - in fact at mid-range, I'd say the GTS might even feel a tad stronger.
Given that this car is optimized to rev to a much higher RPM, I expect that once I can take it above 7000 RPM, the difference should be much more noticeable (and the sound should be out of this world).

Can you share a photo of the tach? I feel like in the shots I’ve seen the red line starts well before 9500rpm.

Curious how you would compare the drive to the TDF?

The tach still shows the redline at 9000.
The owner’s manual on page 30 (same page as the GTS), says 9250.
I am afraid, that as in the other 812s, we may not see the advertised 9500.

I don’t have the TDF any more so cannot compare directly, but similar to the TDF vs the F12, this is more firmly sprung, tighter, flatter cornering, more raw than the 812. A lot noisier at low to mid rpm.
    Less sound deadening.

The interior has some touches that are different from the launch spec, no? I love - were those choices or did they not offer or had to be TM? Just curious how the process for the specials works?

    CONGRATS. Amazing cars.

The color Grigio Competizione is Grigio coburn, correct?
