The Complete Book of Lamborghini by Pete Lyons.

Was going to get this book and just wondered how good? Is there much info on the Miura SV? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Its a great book. Lots of detailed information on every model that was out when it printed It has been out of print for a while I believe but it sounds like you've found a copy. Amazon had it for $60 but I found a copy for $8 shipped under the used section on Amazon if you can believe it.

 

I forgot you asked about the SV. There is a chapter just on it and the Jota with quite a few quotes from Bob Wallace.
There are even four chapters just on the Miura.

I really enjoyed it (and still do). I bought my copy years ago at a bookstore in an Airport! It made for some great reading on the flight home!

Lots of great photos, specs and history.

L books are often lightweight .

F books can be difficult to carry around.

 

A very good book, considering when it has been published and how it was written by Pete Lyons.

 

I did bring that book with me to Italy, lol, had just time to read it at Frankfurt airport
