    In putting back together my 308, I noticed several hard parts are factory marked with a 666. Now here I have spend the last 14 months with the car down with an unlicensed mechanic that cost me several thousands of dollars, but is just about all back together. Does this car have a curse? Am I going to get killed in it on my first test drive? Should I sell the car to a KKK chapter? Should I start going to church? Should I let Carbon do a detailed story on it?

    My lovely first wife put a curse on my car, but I had a Methodist minister from Louisiana conteract it!

    I also was blessed by a Catholic sister during the Art Car event this year, just to be safe.

    My minister has mentioned he wants to borrow it for a date with his wife, who has recently suffered near fatal brain cancer. I think I'll toss him my keys.

    When is the date that's it going to run? I'd be more than willing to take it on its first drive. I'll have the 360 back in California in August, I suspect. My the way, how is the cart running? Jeff and I had our first race, and although I got him on the start, he did get around me at the end.

    Art: You will have your car back in August? Whats with that? What happened?.........I have to send out my engine this week (Have not gotten to it yet) for a rebuild or replacement. It may be too old to rebuild.

    As for my car, my mechanic bud is on his way to my house right now! All we have to do is bolt on the headers and fire it up! We will be cutting the resonator out of the muffler to weld a 24" straight-pipe. I will be posting pics by tomorrow. So far, it looks great and you can eat your lunch off the engine! The engine, gearbox and engine bay looks just about brand new.
